Our Clear Business Philosophy

We believe in simple, transparent business terms without confusing legal traps or lock-in contracts. When you commission a website or custom software tool from Arrow Digital (Hudsys Ltd), you own 100% of your code upon project completion, and our monthly care plans operate on a flexible rolling 30-day basis.

1. Definitions & Scope of Services

These Terms and Conditions govern all contracts and proposals provided by Hudsys Ltd (trading as Arrow Digital) to the Client ("you"). Our core services include:

Bespoke Web Design & Next.js Engineering: Custom design, responsive mobile optimization, and Google Core Web Vitals speed optimization.
Custom Business Tools & AI Systems: Interactive calculators, ATS portals, automation pipelines, and API integrations.
Monthly Website Care & Edge Hosting: Secure cloud hosting, SSL certificates, daily backups, and ongoing content/technical updates.
Local SEO & Social Media Management: Local ranking optimization, on-site photography visits, and social media posting.

2. 100% Code & Intellectual Property Ownership

Unlike traditional agencies that trap clients on proprietary platforms or retain website ownership:

Full Ownership Transfer: Upon receipt of final project payment, full intellectual property rights, source code files, custom graphic assets, and domain configurations transfer 100% to the Client.
Zero Lock-In: You are free to export your codebase or host your website with any provider at any time with no exit penalty fees.

3. Turnaround Times & Client Approvals

Our standard bespoke builds are scheduled for completion within 14 to 28 business days from receipt of deposit and onboarding assets.

Timelines depend on timely client feedback, provision of necessary branding elements, and sign-offs. We provide a staging review preview for every project where you can review, test on mobile, and request refinements prior to public launch.

4. Pricing, Payments & Care Plans

Project Build Payments

Custom web projects are quoted with transparent fixed pricing. Standard terms are a 50% deposit upon project commencement and 50% upon final staging sign-off prior to live DNS launch.

Monthly Care Plans

Monthly hosting and care plans operate on a rolling 30-day subscription billed via direct debit/card. You can cancel or pause your plan at any time with 30 days written notice.

5. Hosting Reliability & Service Level Agreement (SLA)

For clients on our managed edge hosting packages, we provide a 99.99% target uptime SLA backed by global enterprise edge networks with continuous DDoS mitigation, automated TLS certificates, and immutable automated backups.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

While we employ rigorous testing and industry-leading security practices, Hudsys Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from third-party outages (such as registrar DNS disruptions or payment gateway downtimes). Our total liability in contract or tort shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
