How to Submit a Subject Access Request (SAR)
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request a full copy of all personal data held about you by Arrow Digital, or request permanent deletion ("Right to Erasure").
- Send an email to neil@arrowwebdesign.co.uk with the subject line "Subject Access Request (UK GDPR)".
- Include your full name, business name, and the email address used in your communications with us.
- We will verify your identity and deliver a structured export of your data within 30 calendar days at zero cost.
Data Sharing & International Transfers
We do not sell, broker, or trade personal data under any circumstances. All client database operations and customer lead capture pipelines are hosted on secure edge servers within the UK and European Economic Area (EEA), or with certified international vendors meeting strict UK International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTA).
